Had a good stay overall. Only one complaint really. The window badly needs replacing. The glazing is totally inadequate and road noise was a bit of a nuisance in the mornings. One window didn’t close properly and let in quite a draft.

Everything but the lift. Staff are excellent, food good, evening meal brilliant. Atmosphere first class. Lift, well, at least there are stairs, and it's a healthy option, if you're not carrying too much.
