Our most recent visit (9/10/25) was our second and as enjoyable as our first. Sadly the tram was out of service due to a problem in the city, however a replacement bus was in service and was free👍. The room was very good and an excellent shower however there was an issue with the sliding shower head which was fixed by the time we returned to the hotel later that day. Taxis can be arranged by the hotel if required and usually arrive within 10 minutes. The staff on reception were really helpful and informative We would be more than happy to stay there again.

Great Location for 3 Arena. Reception staff and Restaurant staff all very efficient. Easy taxi pick up outside hotel. Short distance by vet to city centre.
