We travelled to Dublin from Canada. We were pleased with the location of the hotel. It was the perfect distance from Temple Bar / Grafton Street area with a beautiful walk through St. Stephen’s Park. Security is always a big part of travelling abroad and we felt 100% comfortable with this hotel. To get into the hotel, we had to be let in - which gave us the ultimate sense of security for the property. Specifically, Benjamin was very friendly and extremely accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to anybody planning to visit Dublin.

The location is really good. It's central in the sense that everything is a short walking distance away, but still quite calm in the evenings/night time. The room itself was compact but clean and the bed equipped with a very comfy mattress. The staff does get high marks from me. Super friendly and helped with questions and requests. Overall, I can highly recommend.

Very nice place, as long as you know what you’re expecting. As it’s good basic stay, nothing too fancy but you do have everything you need and a good amount of space. A good amount of stairs to go up and down, so pack only what you’re okay with carrying up the stairs. The location is great, it’s right by a huge and beautiful park that you can walk through to get to other areas. The city centre is about a 20 minute walk so everything is very close by. Staff were so kind and were eager to help. Overall, a good stay.

My room was not cleaned properly for two days in a row until I made a complaint. I could hear the couple having sex all night as the walls are very thin and not properly insulated. The staff are hit and miss. Hamad at front desk was great help.

Do not stay here, they attempted to charge our card in full before we checked in, and took payment AGAIN after we checked out. We had already paid in person when checking in. Now we have this headache to deal with. Do not trust them, wish we stayed elsewhere.
