Room was cosy but well laid out, providing ample space. The bathroom appeared to be recently refurbished and is well maintained/cleaned. The hotel is in the centre of Temple Bar, but faces the quieter streets. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is now my go-to when I need to travel to Dublin for work.

Room was too tight to even open our 1 suitcase. Shower drain backed up and flooded bathroom. Room was too hot (shocking in December) even with fan going and window cracked open as far as it could go. Elevator broken so we had to carry our heavy suitcase up 3 flights.

The room was very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The location was excellent. Lose location for catching day excursion tours. Lastly the desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all our questions and needs.

Perfect location, amazing staff, clean and comfortable. Room is perfect for what i wanted - a base to sleep, shower and explore. The only minor complaint i have is the lack of storage space (neither a closet nor chestof drawers, and no counter space in the bathroom). But we made do and overall it was a great place to say. Again - i have to emphasize how friendly and fabulous the staff were. An absolute pleasure!

The location was phenomenal. It was close to tons of popular pubs, sites, restaurants, etc. Our room was small, but not a big issue. The problem was that it was extremely hot and the bed was awful. I could feel every spring in the mattress which made it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. The staff provided a fan, which slightly helped to cool the room, but I had trouble sleeping during our entire stay. The elevator being out of order was not a huge issue, even being on the top floor, but I think they should board it up so people stop thinking it’ll be fixed.
