This was my 3rd stay at a Niche property in the last 6 months. This property has only been open for about a month and it is lovely. The staff are all very helpful, accommodating and even used my name when greeting me. Highly recommend!

The studio wasn’t huge, but quite practical as the space had been used well. There was a good bit of storage space and a little kitchenette. The bathroom arrangement was somewhat unusual. It was nice and quiet in the studio, with barely any noise from outside or within the building. One thing that would’ve made a huge difference to the comfort levels is air conditioning, as it got quite hot in the studio due to the warm weather. Having shared kitchen and terrace spaces was a nice touch, so in general this was a good place to stay, especially if attending an event at Aviva, which is within a reasonable walking distance.
