No reception area or luggage storage area while waiting to get into room. Entrance is in a back alley where garbage sits. Inside the entrance area is dark, dingy and dirty, it's a back entrance to a building with metal stairs and poorly lit. The room was an OK size, but the bathroom was extremely tiny. Not having a reception area or luggage storage was very inconvenient when we arrived in the morning, had to stand outside in the back alley with the garbage and try and find a storage faciality to hold our luggage until we could get into the room, would not recommend this property.

We left early because the bedding had bloodstains and hair, and the floors were sticky. No staff on site when we arrived and hadn't yet received instructions to enter. Definitely not a three star hotel.

AVOID. The check-in process was very stressful and frustrating. The host sent the wrong lockbox code in the check-in instructions and I was unable to access the apartment. I tried contacting the host through multiple channels (Expedia messages, email, and the 2 phone numbers they had supplied) and received absolutely no response. As it was late evening I was ready to give up and go elsewhere. It was only after calling a different phone number I found on their website and waiting for almost 2 hours that I was finally given the correct code. Despite it being the host's mistake of sending the wrong code, I received no apology or offer of compensation for the immense stress I experienced. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. Once inside the apartment, I was appalled to discover that the bedsheets were dirty and had dark brown stains which appeared to be blood. I had to search the apartment building for clean sheets and change them myself, which is the last thing anyone wants to do after arriving after a long journey. The room also had visible dust and debris all over the floor, and the fridge was filthy, suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned or vacuumed in quite some time. Furthermore, the walls of the room had exposed limescale plaster which made it feel like staying in a room that was partially renovated. Overall, the lack of communication, cleanliness, and basic hospitality made this a very disappointing stay. Go elsewhere and save yourself the stress.

Good location and facilities. My only complaint is the shower was a bit grubby and the drainage wasn’t great. Overall though really comfortable and good for solo trip and those who want to relax after a long day

Stay for 4 nights in unfinished renovation room .it is like a part of the electricity centre room. Before the departure, i received a few messages : if you don't pay the deport $100, you are not able to receive the detailed check-in. The property has no front desk and no staff for assisting you check-in.I contacted the agents of expedia, I am told that you can pay when you arrive. In the plane, the hotel kept texting me the same message. Even the property says the deposit is requested under booking the regulation and condition, the customers usually do not read and pay attention behind the front booking page. Good location, quiet area. The room has no cabinets for clothes. A new kitchen counter installed, the wall is not pleasant, the bed is very soft with poor quality. No recommendations to stay.

Our stay was lovely. The room was spacious, clean and very comfy. We loved having a fridge, stove and microwave in the room. It was perfect. Would definitely stay there again!

Really nice accommodations, comfy bed and enjoyed the mini kitchen. Street Noise a bit loud with window open but nothing annoying. One suggestion is do something about the smell from the bathroom pipes. With window closed, the entire suite smelled like an old, damp basement.

Perfect for location - within walking distance to Trinity College and Temple bar. 10-15 minute walk from the River Liffey also. Clean, spacious apartment with everything you could need for a stay including iron/ironing board, pots/pans, cutlery etc. Couldn’t fault it! Easy process to pay deposit (receive an email link 24hrs before) and key box code / access details are sent through once apartment is ready. Only issue we had was finding the internal key box but once found was easy to access.

Our stay was very comfortable. It was well equipped. The apartment was clean and convenient for all city attractions and amenities. Only one observation. I only received the request for the security deposit less than four hours before we arrived when I had switched my phone off for our flight. Hence I didn't get final check in details until just before we arrived.
