Bathroom could use a deep cleaning. Caulking around tub and toilet was there but it looked as if a three year old child had done it. Now for the tub, new it wasn't going to drain by the rings in it. Sure enough it didn't drain. Why is it that hotels can't just clean the drains in tubs? 30 minutes after showering still had over 2" of water. Carpet needs to be cleaned as well, again a scheduled maintenance plan will alleviate most of, if not all issues.

Quiet and Efficient

For some reason, the Hotels.com app did not list my reservation. The very helpful person at the front desk called her manager and secured a space for me while ensuring I would not be double charged. The parking was optimal and my food options were within walking distance. I slept well in the very comfortable bed and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

There were multiple areas in the room that had holes or broken pieces. The door had a hole in it. One of the lamps was broken on the wall & leaned to the side - even broken door knobs. There was no smoke detector - it was missing & wires were sticking out of the wall. The bathtub acrylic was broken & rust was all over the tub. They had recently shampooed the carpet & instead of airing the room, they shut the door & the smell of mildew was overwhelming. The carpet was still wet so we have to wear our shoes the entire time unless we were in bed. The bed sheets even felt damp from the moisture in the room. I sneezed all night from what I'm guessing was mold spores in the air. We ended up checking out around 1:30am & leaving. $140 down the drain!!!

Not Too Bad Of A Stay

Location was great, staff was friendly. Aside from the group next door having too much fun next door the stay wasn’t too bad. I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom. The tub was rusted. Had it not been a solo trip I would have complained about it.

Needs Work!!

Looks like they tried to update part of the hotel but not all of it or maybe not finished? My room had Thermostat cables hanging off the wall, the closet door was off the hinge, and the safety bar in the tub had the end caps not securely fastened. The indoor pool was in bad shape with rust and decay all around the area. For the amount of money I paid I was expecting better.

I had to be switched to 3 different rooms due the bathrooms being dirty. I took pictures both times and showed them to the front desk person. She was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service in getting me and my family to another room on another floor that was clean. The hallways are not air-conditioned on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I picked this hotel because it rated 4 star but upon arrival it did not have a 4 star look or feel. In addition the indoor pool was rusted. With some tweaks and better housekeeping on the 3rd floor it can get better.
