I would like a refund on this room. I chose it because it had a very high review and it showed a clean safe place. When I arrived, I went to my room and not only was the elevator incredibly gross and smelly, but it was a very dangerous part of town And I was even nervous going in and out of my room. I decided to leave and I don't think I should be charged for this room.

Hotel is amazing but the front desk isn't

The hotel overall is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast also offers a lot of great options. However, we were disappointed with the front desk service during our check-in on October 18 around 1:00 PM. The lady at the front desk was not very welcoming and did not honor what another staff member had told us earlier that morning—that we could check in early without any additional fees. Additionally, the male staff member who assisted us around 4:00 PM rolled his eyes at my friend simply because he spoke fast and was misunderstood. The hotel itself is very nice, but the staff could greatly improve their customer service and professionalism to match the quality of the property.
