Staff was lovely and so accommodating. Our room was fresh, airy and clean. Modern bathrooms. Location of this place was within walking distance of so many stores, restaurants, tours, and more. Gluten-free/Celiac-friendly restaurants also available within walking distance of this hotel which was a bonus for us.

Chain hotel with usual amenities. Location is convenient and located just behind main shopping street in Dublin and just 15 mins walk to Temple Bar. This branch is a very large hotel with long winding corridors to the rooms. Our room was located in the furthest corner and with carpeted corridors, it does make it difficult to wheel a suitcase along then for such a distance. It is also very easy to hear other room doors slamming closed from within your room which is alarming during the late evening/early morning. Rooms are however clean and appear newly renovated although during our stay in January the heating was not functioning making the room uncomfortably cold. The heater we requested unfortunately did not provide much heat either. Housekeeping was good and rooms were clean. Nonetheless, I did note that whilst there are signs mentioning they are eco-friendly and to reuse towels to support this initiative; still, towels are still changed despite being hung up for reuse.

The place is fine, but the owners being folks who support unspeakable war and the rest means we can no longer stay in any Leonardo's premises, here or Galway, which is such a shame, and wish it was Jurys and Irish owned, rather than be sold to owners who are not welcome in Ireland.

On arrival i was informed the room i had booked was not available due to damage caused by the previous occupant. I was rhen downgraded to a double room when i had booked a twin room. So had to have a camp bed that was that decrepid it dipped almost to the floor when i got in it. I didn't sleep that night but was only offered 2×free drinks as compensation which is not good enough.

Firstly I booked a family room and offered to give it up when I checked in but ended up with a small double bed instead. On departing we left our luggage in the store room until we ready to leave for the airport . When we got back to pick it up, it had all been separated and took us a while to find it. One piece didn’t even have a ticket on it. It’s disgusting! I expect my belongings to be safe there but it looks like they don’t care and anyone could have taken it. Do not trust them
