Room was very little, hard was to work with laptop. Water should be provided in the room. First time in Dublin - view from the room was not pleasant- so kept my curtains closed. The staff was OK - some of them was not friendly or welcoming, some of them - very nice and kind. Overall was OK. Thanks.

The hotel was in a good location- although the room was not big, it met our needs. Housekeeping needed daily reminders to provide the three required towels and cleaning was just ok but all in all a good value.

The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel and therefore the number of guests it can accommodate. The breakfast experience was chaotic. There were queues for almost every appliance, whether that was the three coffee machines or the one juice machine that was working, or the one waffle station that was operational. Given there were no tables left in the breakfast area some of our party were eating right next to the main door which was constantly opening and closing as people came and went. There were moments where there was crockery left for people to self serve.

The breakfast buffet food was not properly warm; new foods were merely poured over the old remaining food, which is not proper hygiene practice. Also the buffet selections did not change at all, daily. On day two there was only one juice selection. The cooked ham was tough as leather.

Overall I really enjoyed my hotel room, I'd booked the "King bed", which was super comfortable, and I adored the little sectional couch in the corner. The room was large and it was stocked, and I loved the decor. However, the doors to the hotel were locked upon arriving, so we had to wait a few minutes to be buzzed in with our luggage. The front staff seemed annoyed with us checking in, and out to be honest. I was waiting to leave after our 2nd night and the lady was asking to take a break before taking my room key, and I was the only person standing there. My only complaint about the room was that my toilet was clearly not bolted down properly at all, and I was afraid it would actually leak it was so wobbly. But otherwise the location is close to the canal, and we were told it was a little less safe to walk in the evenings on that side, but we did feel pretty safe, and didn't stay out too late on that advice.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. The view from the hotel room was lovely. The pillows weren't my cup of tea but the bed was comfy otherwise. We got to breakfast on the first morning at the busy period, so it was utter chaos. Might be better if they seated people instead of saying go wherever. But the breakfast itself was spot on with lots options.
