This is not your regular budget hotel. This is a very clean, well maintained budget hotel where the front desk person is most welcoming, friendly and truly appreciative of your patronage. The room is small but very clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and the towels are fresh. If you just need a place to stay without any frills, stay here and you won't be disappointed.

The hotel location is great for visiting Dublin. The Tram is just outside the door and the stop is 1/2 a block away. The room is basic, but had all we needed. The staff were outstandingly helpful.
