Clean and tidy hotel with great service, the room was a little bit too warm with thick bedding. Great location just a stroll from the tram station with regular trams to the centre.

Comfortable and Close to Transport

Hotel lobby seemed very nice and you can choose to check in in person or by machine. Quick checkout box is helpful. Rooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. Everywhere very clean. The only issue was a strong damp smell from shower curtain but that was probably a one off and as I was only one night didn’t impact stay. Excellent location for transport as in walking distance to luas line. I didn’t use any restaurant etc as short stay.

We were staying here to attend the rds horse show. On check in we saw that a feee shuttle to and from the venue was an available- this was an added bonus for us.

Great if travelling to Dublin by car.

We drove to Dublin with bikes attached and wanted secure parking and convenience to public transport system. In that respect the Clayton was excellent. Everything else was to a good standard as well.
