Didnt go for breakfast or the dinner offer that came online €80 for 4 because despite 2 phonecalls and at check in no one could tell me if 1adult and three 16year old kids (my daughter and 2 friends) could avail of offer. Also for breakfast couldnt tell me if 16 year olds are kids or adults . Bar went to get food at 2.20 saw menu downstairs ,no body was interested in serving us then someone asked from the bar were we okay had said teenagers wanted pasta dishes and i would have curry but was told that was dinner and not available til 3.30pm. We had just arrived were going to a match and wanted to eat early and relax before going. We went elsewhere to eat but very hard to get a dinner dish at that time by the looks of things . Very disappointed overall in food around the area.

I’ve found the service to be cold, the furniture uncomfortable, and the room to be too hot. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel brand or location again. That being said, I can see why some folks would find it delightful, the room was quite large and the pool was a nice treat. All in all not a winner for me.

Highlights were the helpful, courteous staff ( especially Aoife and Maria) and the dining opportunities. You could tell the pride the restaurant took their food quality, options, and serving attention to customers. The room was clean, the bed was a bit soft for my taste. We chose to use the stairs to exit the hotel because it was a bit twisty from the lobby to our floor. Don’t get a room over the alley because it can get loud at bar time. The location was convenient to public transportation. You will need to use it to get to the tourist sites and more restaurant options. There were pubs a half block away.
