Lovely stay, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. I was initially disappointed at the lack of vegan options on offer for breakfast compared to other Clayton hotels in the UK. I believe this was due to an issue receiving stock. Ingrid, the restaurant manger did what she could and went above and beyond to rectify this.
