We found a previous guest's worn underpants on the desk chair upon our arrival. The housekeeper was very apologetic and came and cleaned them up, cleaned the chair, and gave us some chocolates, but we never heard a word from anyone else at the hotel, stayed for five nights. Not a peep. Seems like an oversight like that should warrant a call (at least a call) from the hotel manager. Aside from that, the tub wouldn't drain (they did send a plumber to fix it as soon as we asked) and the room was hellishly hot with no way to adjust the temperature. Generally just not a very thrilling experience, even excluding the initial underwear incident.

Great hotel with excellent staff, very helpful. When I said that I was checking out early they offered me a packed breakfast with warm croissant and freshly made coffee. Very handy for RDS. Nice area. Not overheated like many hotels, but could put a simple radiator on in the room to heat up
