The house is beautiful, clean, and well cared for. They have paid attention to every detail. It was super convenient that they send you your access code in advance so no check in is needed. Very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Easy to check in with good communication from the staff. Room was lovely, with towels replaced daily. Shower pressure fluctuated with the temperature going from cool to extremely hot but that was the only complaint. Would definitely recommend and return to this property.

Butlers townhouse is in a nice quiet area. It is near lansdowne station, a short train to get to the center of action. There happened to be an employee there when I was checking in who was very helpful. The home is beautiful. It was a neat experience rather than staying in a hotel. The water pressure was fanastic, bed was comfy, ample space in the room. Will be staying again if im ever back!

The hotel has a homely feeling lounge with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker which is very convenient for breakfast/snacks. The location was very good, only a few minutes walking to DART station (three stops to city centre) and bus stops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in by codes is very easy. They also have a staff member on site most of the time. Luke was great - he was really responsive and helpful. All in all the hotel is very good value for money.

Butlers townhouse is a short walk away from EVERYTHING! Traveled with extended family and we each had our own rooms which made it easy and it still felt homey.

We rented several rooms for two nights in early May. There was a little confusion about the rooms,but Lucas answered my call had everything straightened out for me. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The downstairs sitting room served as a meeting place for all of us. We walked to many places from this location.Highly recommend.

Clean accommodation overall. A nice welcome and easy to access. The bed was very difficult getting in and out of as it was very tall. The shower water was temperamental, running hot and cold. There seemed to be a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning, which meant we were awake from around 6am. This was both from areas outside our room, as well as noises that sounded like electrics and pipes in the building.

Lovely location and hotel, staff very helpful and kind. Close to airport transfer stop, bus stops, train station and walking distance to some nice pubs. My only critique would be that our ‘superior double’ room was actually just 2 twin beds pushed together. But comfy nonetheless.

I stayed at their facility two different times. The first time was in room number one which was much better than room number 10. Bathroom was very small in room number 10.. The rooms do have air-conditioning, which is a great plus when it was warm. The rooms were clean just not very big. The outside of the place can use some TLC. Good location

I liked the small terrace and the nearby small supermarket. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice to have coffee in the mornings and talk with the other guests. The bus to get to O’Connell street is close by right of the hotel and a few blocks down. From there you can get through most of Dublin if you know the routes. I liked our room the bed was a double and I didn’t know that meant two beds pulled together but the curtains and drapes were beautiful. They cleaned our room every day and we had a great time at this hotel. Though the fridge is shared with other guests and is in the main lobby
