From the moment Ricardo greeted us at the front desk to the services he provided for taxis and information along with his colleague Javier, I knew we would feel at home. Breakfast daily with Juliana and Rachel as our hostesses was the icing on the proverbial cake. Variety! Cleanliness! Excellent service! Our last night, we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Iveagh Bistro with Augustina as our server—also awesome! The bartender was either named Julie or Anna—I wished I recalled her name because she could not have made us feel more welcomed. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located near bus and tram. The room was a little too warm, and we couldn’t change the heat setting beyond a few degrees. Otherwise, very nice hotel and amenities.

The lobby was beautiful, the doorman was warm and helpful. The staff and the breakfast were exceptionally wonderful! The room itself was okay and the bathroom wasn’t great but the beds were clean and comfortable. It is very close to Heuston Station which makes it a convenient location.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so they substituded two rooms. Both were nice. We had an early morning, 6:30 appointment for a tour the next day and the clerk told us we needed to vacate our rooms and they would hold our luggage. This was on the way out the door. With some negotiation they allowed us to move that night instead.

This hotel was fine. It was quite a bit further from everything than we were expecting. There were just a few places to eat up the street. The front desk staff was fine but not especially friendly or helpful. And maybe this is an American thing, but when they say toiletries provided, especially at a hotel in this price range, there is more than just soap and shampoo. I expected at the very least (and did not bring) conditioner and lotion. Overall, it was fine, but I wouldn't stay there again.
