Dubbo Rhino Lodge was a pleasant surprise! The glamping tent was spacious, clean and lovely, not to mention warm! The heating worked very well. We loved the restaurant! The meals were very cheap and delicious. The facilities around the lodge were great, the kids had fun on the playground, and I was able to use the shared laundry to catch up on some washing. All of our dealings with staff were pleasant. If we ever come back to Dubbo, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful glamping accomodation in a beautiful setting very close to the western plans zoo. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The accomodation was wonderful and very clean and it had all the amenities. Ducted A/c and full bathroom and fridge. At night the stars were beautiful with no light pollution. Restaurant and pool were great which the kids enjoyed.

The tent was great! Location is great. Was lovely to receive a call on the day of our arrival to check our ETA. Very disappointed that the attached restaurant (apparently run separately) was closed as they had a ‘kids eat free in April’ deal that we couldn’t use. Wifi is also unavailable except in the main building - which makes it pretty much pointless. All round a good experience.

The room was fairly clean, but it was a glorified tent, so we did not expect primo cleanliness. The area is a bit remote, so staff was not readily available. The restaurant was good and the staff there was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We had a good time, and we would return there again without hesitation.
