Bed was very hard
Hotel was marketed towards Indians. I had to speak to many who were talking loudly in the corridors early in the morning and late at night - no consideration for others.
Lifts were very slow and at one stage I had to push a group of 10-15 Indians back so I could get out of the elevator
Breakfast was once again targeted towards Indians - the same stuff as we had in hotels we stayed at in India.
The breakfast room was always crowded and one of us had to stay at the table at all times to guard it from being taken by others.
The bed mattress was very hard and the pillows were huge (fat) and uncomfortable to use.
We were happy to be able to have breakfast in the Emirates lounge this morning.
Staff were polite and professional, but we had limited interactions with them.
