You canā€™t fault it in anyway. However because itā€™s a little more expensive you feel like you have to just stay in hotel or by beach to justify cost. Itā€™s good for people with young children that just want hotel based with excellent facilities. Good for couples.

This is the best hotel I've experienced. Everything is spotless clean, luxury, service is top level, every evening is a different food style. Food is insanely good, If I need to choose something I didn't like, was the Indian style dinner, as there were no alternatives. Big thanks to all the team and specially to Wasim and Ravi who were exceptional and beyond. We will definitely come back!

We experienced different hotels, with great check-in. This one didnā€™t welcome us with our drinks we had to pour are own drink. The people next to us were served the drinks we felt like we were not valued as a customer. It was my 40th and engagement celebration. Every hotel has done something for us to appreciate us except this hotel not one recognization at all. We booked it because because of its review and itā€™s high ratings for luxury and experience which weā€™d love. So the value was horrible considering there was a lot of construction next-door with a weird sewer smell coming out of the area. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel and Dubai in general really wasn't my particular fix personally, nor was I enamoured with the staff constantly fussing about the room and knocking at odd times for unwanted services (i.e. turndown). Fine for a business trip but wouldn't stay on vacation.

Great hotel in Subai if you have a family. The staff are really nice and the vibe is chill. Theyā€™ll definitely go above and beyond when taking care of you. Definitely will go back if Iā€™m ever in Dubai.

Great stay with family , we would definitely go back , there is work going on in the hotel from 10 am - 6pm , this was not mentioned on our arrival. Could have been disruptive if wanted to spend more time in our room. Luckily not the case as out for most of the day every day. There is building work going on next door but didnā€™t really notice it. The pool area and service provided is excellent, the team do a great job. Also the food for breakfast & dinner is great with also excellent service. Have Been a few times before , will definitely look forward to going back.
