Honestly, I could not fault a single element of the hotel. Everything about the resort is spot on. The restaurant staff were fantastic, the pool and beach teams were attentive and friendly, concierge and reception were incredibly helpful, and even the spa staff were wonderful. The service across the board was exceptional. We stayed all inclusive and the choice was endless not your standard buffet style.

The staff are absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they remembered me from a previous stay, they really helped getting my mum around with her mobility being poor, food absolutely stunning, beach staff, breakfast staff, reception staff all truly wonderful, anything we asked was dealt with promptly and professionally the only one negative is the instruction work in the surrounding area but out of the hotels hands, would have jus loved to have been offered a room further away from this but the hotel was fully booked, definitely will be back

This is a kids hotel. Not like the other W hotels. They closed the only adult area there was (which is also very small). They did not inform or care to apologise for it either. There is a large construction going on next door 24/7 so every room comes with earplugs due to the noise.
