The Apartment has elegant-styled furniture with a classy yet comfy large Sofa and two lounge chairs, where you can watch the television or enjoy a nice breeze on a winter night coming from the balcony in the lounge area.
The lounge area features a spacious balcony adjoining the lounge area and the Master bedroom together, where you’ll enjoy relaxing on a cozy outdoor seating area with tables and chairs or take a tan on the comfy sunbeds.
The comfortable dining area features a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to 6 persons and the kitchen which is fully equipped with essential kitchen utensils and appliances to include a Toaster and a Coffee Machine for your convenience.
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom has a unique taste featuring a comfy King-size bed with premium bedding, two bedside tables and has an en-suite bathroom.
The bathroom is spacious featuring a bathtub, double basins, a walk-in shower unit, and a toilet, in addition to the private outdoor Jacuzzi tub.

In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along with Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighboring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, or the trendy DIFC for Fine Dining experiences Dubai style.
AlNakheel Mall is a short drive away from the residences where you will find all the shops that you might need and also there is a nearby Spinneys Market to get all your essentials easily.
Dubai International Airport is about half an hour drive away from the building.

There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxis are at plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
