Friendly staff, quiet surroundings, easy access to the mall. Missed a balcony, for the second time in our experience we were left with no hot water to be able to shower after being in the pool. Extremely inconvenient, even after the water had been restored we still had to ring down again to complain. There are definitely issues with the phone and receiving outside calls. The pool area is beautiful but always in the shade, which is ok but the water is also far too cold to be of comfort.
