The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very good. Mamadou from Cameroon checked us in, the staff were very helpful including the porters. I would have given a 5 but the breakfast queue in the morning was bad. Either don’t go for the bed and breakfast option, or the hotel should offer reservations at different times. The kitchen staff were very good in coordination of the tables, getting the tables cleaned quick enough etc … it’s not nice walking with your plate of food in front of the breakfast queue to go to the overspill breakfast section. Such a shame about this bit. We only went fo breakfast once even if we had paid the B&B option. There are plenty of places near to grab breakfast. Great central location for access to the metro to the Mall of Dubai and Museum of the future.

Firstly room given was stinking of smoke and we are already asthamatic - upon requesting we were told "this was the room allocated" - we requested and had to argue to that at night we got atleast one room changed. Then cmae the time of breakfast- we went to have breakfast and some of the food was not up to the Rotana mark. We have stayed in other Rotana hotels and never experienced this kind of service and subpar food. I was super disappointed - we were luck to have a Nandos near by where we were going to have breakfast even though we had paid for a bed and breakfast. Truly Disappointing!

The cleaner as always very friendly and did a great job cleaning my room. The room I stayed the first night was not cleaned properly, didn’t smelled pleasant and on top of that I didn’t had electricity for 2-3 hours on that night. I requested another room and I was given a better room. Thanks for that.

The hotel is fine, a reasonable deal for being on Sheikh Zayed street. It feels a bit noisy due to being next to the highway, even on the 7th floor. Maybe the noise dies down a few more floors further up. The dinner selection was somewhat average, but the room was super clean and had all the amenities. I was only there for one night. The staff was very friendly. I would come back esp for the price.

Very nice staff in the hotel, each day smiling at you. Good location close to underground. Comfortable beds and good cleaning.
