First of all, I will give this hotel 10/10 for their customer service. The staff ensures the guests feel at home. I will give a shout-out to Manager Noel, Guest servic- desk associate Mona Lisa, and Simon the bell man. They were very tremendous in assisting us during the Strikes of the gulf War. The ensure guests are well situated even for those who have run out of funds.
