Very disappointing experience. The room was uninhabitable due to a strong, persistent foul odor. Service was extremely poor, with staff unresponsive and unwilling to resolve issues in real time. The breakfast was far below expected standards, and the situation was made worse by continuous loud music from a nightclub, making it impossible to sleep. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the entire floor smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The hotel is also not suitable for families, as there are no proper facilities for children. Overall, this property fails to meet even basic hospitality standards and does not reflect what was promised at booking. I would not recommend staying here.

It is Indian natinalities dominance hotel an itd looks like a former 5* hotel run down one the 3* level over the period of time. The roof bar is still nice with view over downtown Dubai. It's very expensive to have drinks there tho.

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff, but thats the Only thing good with this hotel. The hotel faccilties are under below mid. The room we had was alright. The gym and the spa are very small. There is a nightclub in the under Ground of the hotel that plays Music until 03.00 p.m!!! And no one informed us about that during the check in. The clientell are 90% Indian/pakistani. The food at the hotel is Indian based. The area where the hotel is located looks like mini Delhi. If you want to have a very mid experience while You Are in Dubai, you choose this hotel, but i recommend to stay away.
