I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was noisy, I could hear traffic and other guests clearly, which made it difficult to relax. Breakfast was also lacking basic items like ketchup and the food was anlways cold. and overall the service did not match the price I paid I expected much better for the amount I spent. The customer service was poor . Some of the works Weren’t nice .

The service was exceptionally wonderful. The staff were courteous, generous and helpful. But, I left one day early because of an emergency back home, I don’t get a reimbursement for the prepaid Breakfast and the room. I was shocked when I was told: unfortunately, no refund.

The stay was ok. We booked a room with double bed which showed in the picture was the superior room on the app but they have assigned us a much smaller room. When I asked at the front desk they said it was their best room. So imagine this row girls with two luggages and two carryons a room in a size of we can’t even open our luggages cause one of us will trip over going to the bathroom. The bathroom was very small no closet to place your clothes in very disappointed. And I specifically asked for burn view it was just highway view. They delivered our coffee cold and the pool downstairs was also very small so if there is a day where you want to just chill by the pool forget about it. The inlet thing was good they were clean that’s all I can add to it. Sheets were clean and they clean spotless the room s big the hall ways.

When I first arrived, there were fresh blood stains on the sheets and old wine stains. I thought someone kept unlocking my safe and they wouldn’t deal with it. They kept passing it onto the next person and not relaying the info properly. Like a bad game of telephone! I expressed to them that the lady Prudence at the car hop asked for my room number. They greatly insisted that no woman worked in the carhop, yet two days later there she was. At one point, they said they would deal with it and I expressed I had to leave by 9 AM. They said it would be done way before that. I went down to the lobby to catch my careem and it still had not been addressed. I asked for my room to be re-keyed/new prod cards and he refused to do it. He wanted to go upstairs and look at the safe, I expressed I didn’t have time that you guys said it would be dealt with earlier and it wasn’t. I said I just want new locks since you refuse to deal with the security issue. Every time I asked about it they just gaslit me, they never gave me new keys. The heater didn’t work, they sent maintenance. It still didn’t work properly the rest of the time. If you don’t keep the fans on the room has the most putrid smell from the drains in the floor in the bathroom and shower. Every time I took a shower 2+ inches of water would overflow from the shower because it didn’t drain and overflowed onto the bathroom floor. All of my towels had to go onto the floor. Not the experience I was anticipating!!!!

The staff was very friendly. They were accommodating when we needed to check in early and had to change our check out time. The pool was clean and warm. The only downside is that there’s construction right next to it. There isn’t much near the hotel so you need a car
