The space

Set within Emaar Beachfront, this single-level apartment is designed for simple, comfortable stays by the shoreline. Natural light fills the living area, where large windows frame sea and Marina views and create a relaxed setting for mornings in or evenings after a day out. The living room includes plush seating and a Smart TV, making it easy to unwind at your own pace. Air conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain a pleasant indoor climate year-round.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, room-darkening shades, and a TV, creating a restful place to recharge. In the living area, a sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option. The apartment accommodates up to three guests while maintaining a comfortable sense of space.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen sits just off the living room and is equipped for everyday cooking, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or settling in for a longer stay. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details in the check in form (sent in confirmation email).

Your passport will only serve the following purposes:

1- notify the building security to allow apartment access

2- register your stay with tourism authorities

The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.



Silkhaus does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
