This entire rental unit offers a practical, well-organized layout designed for relaxed city living. The sleeping area features a king sized bed with room-darkening shades, creating a restful environment day or night. Clothing storage and a safe add convenience, especially for longer stays.

A fully equipped kitchen supports everyday cooking, making it easy to prepare meals at your own pace. A dining table provides a simple spot for breakfast, remote work, or quiet dinners in after a day exploring Downtown.

Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED.

Other Things to Note:

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check in form (in the confirmation email).

Your passport will only serve the following purposes:

1- notify the building security to allow you in

2- register your stay with tourism authorities



The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
