Love the hotel's location close to old dubai and gold souk. Nice view of the city and staff is very friendly. Only downside this seems to be a business oriented hotel rather than family or friends vacation type hotel. The security and privacy is too high, if your rooms are in different floors you have to ask security to let you access other floors that are not your own.

The room was big and clean with windows by the creek. The only area that I do not like is the bathroom. The vanity area is so small that it is not enough to put your changing clothes. The bath area is high to get in and not suitable for me.

I have regularly stayed at this hotel over the last 12 years for business purposes. I have always found the facilities and the team to be very professional. Its a very relaxed hotel and caters for all needs regarding choice of restaurants. Easy access to the exhibition halls and business areas, and great views of the creek from the creek-side rooms.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and perfectly appointed with all the amenities I needed. The views of the Dubai Creek were simply stunning, and I loved watching the sunset over the water. The hotel's staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide selection of delicious dishes to suit every palate. Staff such as Ramesh and Joyshi went above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect for exploring Dubai's historic sites, and the hotel's proximity to the creek made it easy to take a traditional abra ride or stroll along the waterfront. The Hotel need to do more to accommodate early check ins as a lot of flights arrive in Dubai early in the morning. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten stars if I could!

Comfortable hotel in the old Dubai Creek area close to airport and ferries to markets. Room was clean but had a stale musty smell of old cigarette. Some air freshener would fix this

A wonderful hotel that is a 10 min ride to downtown. Great restaurant and bar options and the breakfast buffet in the morning was impressive. Shiiani at rhe buffet was incredibly helpful!
