Charming hotel but not as advertised.

Nice authentic khaleeji vibe but, I picked the hotel because hotels.com advertised laundry facilities but the hotel doesn’t have any and the staff knew the advert is wrong. Also not true that there are three swimming pools.

A new gem of a hotel

A brand new hotel in a good location. Excellent staff. Mr Syed the Manager has assembled a very kind and able team to assist. Notably, Miss Nehal, Ms Sumitra, Mr Isaac and Mr Bertrand. I had the pleasure to be served breakfast by the chef Mr Mohamed from Kashmir! He freshly prepared a delicious breakfast and presented it beautifully with a very personal touch of encouraging me to eat more! So sweet.... The swimming pool water temperature was perfect and very clean. I did not use the gym nor the cinema room. The latter is such a good idea and I saw some women members enjoying their movie or serial while their husband and kids were busy in the swimming pool! In sum, a very clean, slightly quirky design, fun hotel with the staff as their greatest asset. I commend them warmly and wish them well.
