Its a lovely place. Only issue was room service keep forgetting to leave towels and other things after cleaning. So everyday we had to call them to come and replace things.

Prisvärd hotell nära till historiska Dubai med bra frukost. Hjälpsam personal som ställde upp och svarade på frågor. Minus var att hotellet hade missat boka vårt rum, tog lite tid när vi kom fram på natten men till sist kunde de lösa problemet. På Hotels hemsida framgår att hotellet erbjuder grattis transport till privat stand och shopping center, det stämmer inte.

I always stay at this hotel as historically I have enjoyed the hotel location and the people working in the hotel are courteous and helpful, what I have noticed this time is particularly the concierge group are sullen and unhelpful, for instance to call a taxi they actually told me to do it myself!! I did because I had a meeting but they had no interest in assisting me which I found really dissapointing

Booked a night for New Year’s Eve and then extended my stay for another night as I needed to stay in Dubai. They however would not grant me the discounted rate had I booked two nights initially. Also the hotel is not worth 500 AED a Nigh, not sure how it got it’s star rating, there is a lack of quality in the hotel finishing, lack of sockets in the room, a dated phone where house keeping doesn’t answer, poor quality beds. Was not happy with the attitude and service of the manager Jerilyn.

Lack of management

Most of the cover sheet , pillow,blanket were so old ! The room was dirty with inconvenient condition , some of the pillow cover were teared !!! Also you could find lack of manager every where... The cost is not match with this hotel
