Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Ik ga minimaal twee keer per jaar op vakantie en heb in de loop der jaren al veel accommodaties gezien en meegemaakt. Maar dit is toch wel een van de slechtste ervaringen ooit. Deze accommodatie is wat mij betreft nog geen halve ster waard. De communicatie is ontzettend slecht. Alles verloopt via standaardberichten en er is totaal geen persoonlijke benadering. Als je een vraag stelt, krijg je simpelweg een gekopieerd bericht teruggestuurd, zonder dat er echt op je vraag wordt ingegaan. Bij aankomst bleek ons appartement totaal niet schoongemaakt te zijn. Deuren, vloeren, gordijnen… overal zaten vlekken. Het dieptepunt was toen mijn zoontje van twee jaar ergens onder de bank ondergoed van de vorige bewoner vond en naar mij toe kwam met de woorden: ‘Papa, kijk, deze is van jou!’ Dit soort dingen verwacht je absoluut niet wanneer je op vakantie gaat. Je betaalt voor een accommodatie waar je op zijn minst een schone en hygiënische omgeving mag verwachten. Achteraf zou ik zonder twijfel € 200 à € 300 meer betalen voor een andere accommodatie, zolang die maar schoon en goed onderhouden is. Mijn advies: kijk goed uit voordat je deze accommodatie boekt. Voor mij heeft deze ervaring een groot deel van het vakantiegevoel verpest. Erg jammer, want je gaat juist op vakantie om te ontspannen en te genieten, niet om je druk te moeten maken over hygiëne en slechte communicatie. Expedia: haal deze accommodatie weg vanuit jullie website dit verpest jullie naam!
