I wouldn't call the hotel luxury, so the advertisement is misleading. The room was clean, but it was definitely a step down from Tumbi Hotel Dubai The Palm. I wish I had kept my booking there, but I wanted to try new things!
The room was also so cold at night, so when I called the receptionist to ask about heating, they hung up — and as an asthmatic, this was very important to me! The customer service wasn't great. The manager, Aziz, had an attitude from the beginning; it was barely possible to get any response to questions! I usually don't leave bad reviews, but as someone who owned a hotel, I think it is important to leave feedback — especially if the management is not communicating — and hopefully, it will help improve their service!
