I paid extra For Burj Khalifa view and all i got is dirty windows. Very dirty! And i didn’t stay for couple days . I stayed for 10 nights! Windows was horribly dirty! Cleaning didn’t vacuum or clean the dust. I would never go back to that hotel again’

If you want to find a complaint, the only thing the hotel was super busy so even with 5 elevators, you have to wait several minutes for yours.
