Check in was quick and our suitcases were held for us until our room was available. The room was amazing, clean and very spacious! Breakfast selection and quality was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. And we recommend booking sightseeing tours with Kashan at Best Way Trips located in the lobby. We were able to see and visit so many amazing places in our 2 day stay before our cruises.

Our stay was wonderful. We reserved the two bedroom suite on the 26th floor and it came with an incredible view of Dubai. The suite was very clean. Karan, was always sure to make us completely satisfied and even cleaned after regular hours. Hinin and Gomez at the reception were also extremely courteous and professional which made our stay even better. The breakfast was also very nice, clean and with variety. The hotel overall from our point of view ranks well above 4 stars.

Room was excellent, outside view even better. Suggest you get some better bed pillows. Staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Perfect for a family stay. Breakfast was quite good. One of the executive there (I wish I had taken his name) made arrangement with the chef to prepare a special Indian Dish for my wife and I to serve the following day... That's what I call real pampering❤️

I was put in an accessible room, which wasn't requested - the lower facilities were not comfortable for me. Strangely though the bathroom magnifier mirror was placed very high, so only tall people could use it. I was given a free breakfast for the inconvenience. The shower didn't drain properly, so flooded the bathroom floor. And it was very dark in the bathroom. When I called ahead to have my car brought around, it wasn't waiting for me - they only went to get it when I came to the drop off area. My room still wasn't made up at 5.30pm - I had to call to ask for housekeeping. Requests for additional face cloths were slow, I had to call twice. Overall a bit surprised / disappointed that a Radisson wasn't more up to scratch.
