The Space

This large villa has two separate lounge spaces, both include a range of deluxe sofas and armchairs and flat-screen TVs. Both living areas open out to either the garden or private pool respectively. The split-level lower floor offers a great house flow, with a sunken dining area furnished with a table to seat eight comfortably, a buffet unit, modern art, and large windows. Guests may access the modern kitchen with a utility island, a separate breakfast nook, and all the necessary appliances for a seamless stay.



Master Bedroom

The master suite provides yet another wow factor for this luxury property, furnished with a four-poster king-size bed, a seating area featuring a sofa, two armchairs and a table, a vanity table and a full-length mirror. The walk-in-wardrobe has ample space for all of your holiday essentials and leads to the master en suite, with a Jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks and a shower unit.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



The Neighborhood

The Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boasts plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels such as the world-famous ‘Atlantis The Palm’ with the amazing restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park, and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.

Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighboring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at The Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style.

There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxies are a-plenty on The Palm and Careem is widely used throughout the Emirate.

Please be advised that there are currently two villas undergoing major maintenance near Villa 0-37 in Frond O, Palm Jumeirah. Villa 0-44 is in the process of demolition and will be rebuilt. According to the site supervisor, the construction is expected to take more than six months to complete. Please note that loud drilling noises may be heard from Villa 0-37 during this period. Another villa located directly opposite Villa 0-37 is undergoing renovation and work is expected to be finished in end of March 2026.
