Why are you asking about breakfast when you have bigger fish to fry. The hotel is under renovation and construction noise day and night. This should be pointed our when listing the hotel as an option. Not worthe money spent.

Backpackers at Best

Cramped for family of 4 hard to squeeze past toilet door. No toilet paper, had to buy our own. Advised front desk, no toilet paper, only 2 towels for 4 people, no soap in shower only hair conditioner. Water doesn't run to drains. Runs out all over bathroom floor away from drain. Bad water pressure. Marks on walls. Light fittings under tv fall over bearing wires. Very bad toilet smell as you enter room....ventillation inadequate. Doesn't comply with standards. No power either side of bed, limited place to plug in. Paid for breakfast one day and was glad we didn't take the every day breakfast. The food was limited and bland. Couldn't find anything to drink or toast. So had bad scrambled egg with no taste and baked beans on lttle pancakes...later when we finally found someone to help aboit a drink they directed us to another room where we were able to obtain a glass of room temperature juice. Was my wifes birthday and worst meal of the trip. Had a few beers up by roof side pool which is only aboit the same size as our home pool...over crowded Had a few beers by the pool and a person smoking kept blowing smoke all over us, so we left.

Genuinely lovely staff who are always helpful. Sensibly priced food options in the hotel. Only a few minutes walk to the Mall of the Emirates and the Metro if you need anything else.

I stayed here with family. this hotel is excellent and the staff are exemplary. To name a few, Surinder, Reena, Nagla were amazing and offered brilliant customer service. The room which was a family room was very spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast area is so good and the selection of the buffet is great. There is also a egg cooking station and the chefs that cook the eggs are so polite as they work under a lot of pressure from many guest orders. Well done to you guys. The carpark is easy to access and easy to find parking. The pool is great too and there is always a lifeguard on duty. I recommend this hotel.

I booked for a family of 4 which means l was supposed to get a room with 1 bed and 3 couches . When I wanted to book for extra room to accomodate my whole family I was told its fully booked for the next couple of days . I instantly booked through expedia and found a room for 2 days . When l tried to check in for that extra room l was told the booking doesnt extra . I tried to check inthe next day and was told heck in for the previous day was a no show and there was no refund for that .
