We booked the room for four and the housekeeping only put two sets of bath towels day after day. We had to call and ask pretty much everyday for an additional two sets of bath towels. Other then this the hotel and staff is great. I will recommended to friend and family traveling the area.

Overall okay. Staff rather helpful. Except one lady ((Maya): I asked from the room service downstairs for a tiny cup of milk to have a few drops in my tea in my room. The men serving there were helpful and gave me what I requested. But she refused and wanted to have me pay for the drops of milk. I understand the staff have instructions. But honestly this attitude of hers is shocking in a Four Stars Hotel, pretty mean. It does not reflects well on the hotel. Apart from that the staff were helpful (men and women). In the dining room: Jay and Abdullah, very nice and happy to serve.

The staff were friendly, which was the only positive part of my stay. The sofabed, however, was dreadful — every tiny movement made loud squeaking noises, making it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. I hadn’t planned to book breakfast, but the front desk staff convinced me, saying it was a “really good continental breakfast.” I paid upfront for the whole stay — and instantly regretted it. The breakfast was shockingly bad, to the point that after trying it on the first morning, I didn’t go back for the rest of my stay. Overall, I left extremely disappointed. Friendly staff aside, I won’t be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.
