Vi hade en olycklig upplevelse vid ankomsten till hotellet. Receptionisten som tog emot oss var både otillmötesgående och oprofessionell, vilket gjorde att vi kände oss respektlöst behandlade. När jag först frågade om vi hade kommit till rätt adress, ignorerade han mig nästan helt och enbart fokuserade på sin telefon. Jag hörde honom prata med någon och säga ”I have one of your guests” med en ton som kändes konstig. När han avslutade samtalet fortsatte han med sina sysslor utan att ge mig någon information, och jag ställde samma fråga igen. Sen han sa ja och bad oss helt enkelt att vänta. Å andra sidan var lägenheten vi fick fräsch och fin, men ljudisoleringen var tyvärr bristfällig. Vi hade stora svårigheter att sova på natten på grund av bullret från motorvägen, där bilarna körde förbi hela natten. Om receptionen hade varit mer tillmötesgående och ljudisoleringen bättre, skulle vår upplevelse ha varit betydligt mer positiv. Tyvärr påverkades vårt besök av dessa två faktorer.
