My stay at Millennium Central Downtown was between okay and good. The room itself was perfect—very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The cleaning team was professional and did a fantastic job. The bed was large and comfortable for two people. However, we had requested two single beds months in advance and even emailed the hotel about our early arrival at 8:30 AM, but they never replied. The check-in experience was frustrating. The first staff member told me there was no room available and that we were on the priority list, but we ended up waiting until nearly 1 PM. When I asked another agent, I was told it was because I requested two single beds. Ultimately, we had to accept a double bed. The location is decent—about a 20-minute walk to Dubai Mall and 25 minutes to Burj Khalifa—but not extremely central. As a Platinum member with Expedia, the Expedia staff tried to request a complimentary breakfast for my birthday, but the hotel refused. Breakfast was €20 per person, which I felt was expensive. The pool was very cold, and some seating areas required extra payment and purchases to use, which was disappointing. Overall, the room quality and cleanliness were excellent, but the service, check-in experience, and some amenities left a lot to be desired.

The location is great — you can walk to Dubai Mall, which is very convenient. However, there were a few shortcomings during my stay. The breakfast service was slow, and empty food trays took a long time to be refilled. Room cleaning could be done more carefully as well. I also reserved a canal-view room, but the hotel didn’t provide the room I booked. Overall, good location but the service needs improvement.

So smelly dirty.in breakfast area they off the light when its 10:40 even though alots of guests were sitting there and having their tea and they would come so many times we are cleaning it means go it can't even wait 10 or 5 minutes so rude unprofessional i was in taj plum Jumeirah they were so respectful nuce as mich you sit after the breakfast time they didn't say anything
