This was by far the worst apartment and host I’ve ever dealt with.
The check-in process was chaotic — the person who met me had no idea whether the apartment was ready or cleaned. Unsurprisingly, it wasn’t. The place was dusty throughout, with grime in corners and a filthy, worn-out sofa that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.
Things only got worse from there. The host’s communication was practically nonexistent. I had to chase them for two full days just to get the Wi-Fi password — and when they finally sent it, the connection didn’t even work. Completely unusable.
There was no cleaning service during my stay, no fresh towels, and no follow-up of any kind. Despite paying for the entire stay upfront, I had to leave and check out a day early because the conditions were unacceptable. I didn’t even bother asking for a refund — that’s how bad the experience was.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely.
