I like the location, right next to the mall and the restaurants in Deira, usually stay here when transiting. Comfy rooms, clean. All what is needed for one night stay.

“My stay was okay overall, but I was disappointed with the room. It was much smaller than expected and not as clean as it should have been — I even noticed a roach, which was unacceptable regardless of the price. The cost of the room was also quite high for what was offered. Although the staff did help me switch rooms as I requested, there wasn’t much improvement.”

So it was amazing for the price on all aspects of service, location, breakfast, room etc. One thing is that the internet is not stable on the 8th floor and needs to be fixed if IBIS wants to keep to its slogan "IBIS, I do Business".

Back in 2023 I had security issue, as this location is near to metro and mall because of this I stayed again in this Property, while checking I shared my past experience with staff , they told me area manager and GM will discuss previous issue with me but no one from management approached me, at the checkout staff name Salma misbehaved with me & put her words into my mouth , seems to be security and staff issue with this place so I won't recommend
