All the staff, from management to the front desk, to the dining room/ kitchen and many more, including the room cleaning team, very nice team, serviable, freindly, always greating with smile, ready to make you feel home, I can’t stop talking, and complimenting them to my family and freinds. I will hilly recommend anyone for their stay here at this hotel!!!! I spent 2 weeks with my family of 7 of us, and I will return again and again there, if I travel for Dubai. i wish they had at leat x2 shuttles. 10_12 @ 12 _3 for the beach and 1030 to 1 and 1030 to 4pm to the mall. there wasnot any shuttles to area around.

Good hotel

Great location. The pool is nice and heated. Only problem we had was the humidity in the room. No window and the smell was getting worse. Room size is good and staff is friendly. My wife went to the spa and was happy with the quality.

Going in to and out of hotel to get to airport is very confusing. We booked it thinking it’s close to airport which it is but to get to the airport the highways are very confusing. Get an uber or taxi. If you are driving to this hotel, avoid it. Staff is friendly and very helpful but the hotel is dated and reeks smell of smoke everywhere.

Our stay here was faultless. The staff cleaned our room every day and extra if we needed it. Bottles stocked up every day. Staff always happy to answer and help you. Food was good too couldn’t really fault it and something for every one during breakfast times.
