I liked that the property allowed pets and was a large space. However, I am appalled that there was no hot water during our stay. We spoke with the manager Saturday morning and were told that we needed to turn the water heater. When we checked, the switch was on, but both bathrooms did not have hot water. When we were leaving on Sunday, we expressed our concerns about the stay. We asked to contact the manager, but we were told that we needed to contact Expedia. We need some form of compensation. None of us were able to take a shower comfortably.

People working were nice and very approachable. Rom is clean. Must be aware of deposit amount per night. Its something that surprised me because I was not informed and couldnt find anywhere in my bookings information about it.
