Price vs Quality doesn't match

-Cleanliness was very poor especially the hotel looks old from inside the rooms so it requires extra care. -Price vs Quality doesn't match,, it is way overpriced, I can stay in a better option with the same price. -To be fair, reception staff are great!

Not worth the money. Except food is very good.

I had to push them to change my room due to poor bathroom condition, disaster aircon & Iron not working, not once but 3 different ones due to loose socket. Second room little better but bathroom same as first room, felt like it wasn't cleaned in years, mould on tiles everywhere. I will not stay again in this hotel, i don't understand who gave such hotels 4 star rating.

Not coming back Here Again

The hotel looks amazing from outside but when I went in the room the ac was not working i had to change the room and also there were cockroaches in the room. The room was quite spacious but when the ac was not working and i had to change the room instead of upgrading the room they downgraded the room by giving a smaller room.
