Hotel was clean, F&F staff was unfriendly. Hotel catch on fire the second night we was there, we all had to stand outside for over two hours before we was clear to enter. Management didn’t follow up with us to let us know what was going on.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional, from the staff, rooms, food, all absolutely first class. A couple of the staff to mention were the 'captain' in the dining room (Raj), what an excellent employee, could not have been more friendly and helpful, and a geniunely lovely person to speak to. Also on the housekeeping staff was Amara, again she was lovely, great at her job, and went above and beyond in looking after our room. All of the reception staff were superb too, together with the kitchen staff who just prepared such excellent food. Will definitely return and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room standards are outstanding — everything was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The cleanliness was truly impressive and made the stay feel relaxing. However, the reception service was not as welcoming or helpful as I would have expected, which left a bit of a disappointing first impression. Another important note: the hotel does not serve alcohol at all. While I respect this policy, it would be much better if this was clearly mentioned at the time of booking rather than finding out upon arrival. This would help guests manage their expectations and plan accordingly. With some improvements in front desk hospitality and clearer communication about amenities, this hotel could be an excellent choice.

Clean spacious rooms large enough for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Dining area, fitted wardrobes and twin bathroom. Area quiet with good transport links, free hotel coach to Mall of Emirates and Jumeirah beach inclusive in cost, swimming pool, gym and video games room (chargeable). 20 mins in taxi to Dubai Mall (Burj Khalifa), 20 minutes to outlet mall. Friendly staff especially May our maid super attentive, professional and helpful. Kids are already planning a return.
