Guests must notify the company within 24 hours in the event of any accidental damages or major maintenance issues (i.e. AC / water heater failure or heavy water leakage), and breakdown of any appliances.
The company, as operator of the Holiday Home, shall have the right to enter the property throughout the duration of the guest's stay to carry out such works as Cleaning or Maintenance in the event of an emergency or any such circumstances, or if the company suspects that there may be damage in need of repair that may lead to an emergency crisis or event.
