The Space

Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we’re always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We’re happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost.



Other Things to Note

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



Please note that a monthly security deposit of AED 5000 is required for monthly stay



Please dispose of garbage in the designated area only. Leaving garbage in corridors or outside apartment doors may result in fines issued by building management.



The Neighborhood

Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boasts plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels such as the renowned ‘Atlantis the Palm’ with world-famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park, and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.



In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighboring areas, Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style. A monorail service runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxis are at plenty on The Palm and Careem is widely used throughout the Emirate.
