Awesome but disappointed with check out timing

Very good and we enjoyed but checking out not acceptable at all. Checking in time is between 3Pm to 5pm and you are asking for check out at 12 sharply. Even did not extend for 30 minutes. Please take it under consideration since this is having a bad impact on you
